Elementis Worldwide, Inc., a subsidiary of Elementis plc, has signed on to be the first tenant at East Windsor’s SciPark. The specialty chemicals company recently signed a long-term lease for 65,552 square feet – the entirety of Building 1 – at the campus, which will be used for the company’s global headquarters.      Elementis is relocating approximately 125 employees from its existing headquarters.
